This experience is for individuals who want a calm, beautiful place to work while also having built-in access to restorative wellness tools throughout the day. Rather than rushing in and out for appointments, Guild Day invites you to stay, settle in, and care for your nervous system while you work.
Guild Day members have access to designated workspaces during business hours, along with included wellness support through our Recovery Room Essential Membership. This allows you to naturally weave restoration into your day — whether that’s stepping away for red light therapy, time in the infrared sauna, or other included essentials.
